What are wood flowers? They are flowers that are handcrafted from a sustainable plant called the shola/sola plant.
How do you care for the flowers? These beautiful flowers need little to no care. If they get dusty you can use a blow dryer on low with no heat. Because the flowers are made from wood it is recommended to not burn candles near them. The flowers are also best used inside. The elements of being outside can wear them down quickly.
What colors do the flowers come in? Naturally the flowers are a soft ivory color however we can customize the flowers to any color using acrylic colors.
What do we make with wood flowers? The soft, pliable feel of wood flowers make them perfect for home décor pieces, wedding collections, bouquets, sympathy arrangements and more.

*For custom orders we do require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of purchase. Remaining balance is collected once proof pictures are sent and approved by you.*
How long do custom orders take? Single item custom orders take 2-3 weeks as flowers are hand dyed. Multiple custom orders ~for example: weddings~ time will vary depending on the number of pieces. Premade designs are ready to ship in one business day.
What is your return policy? Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or process refunds. We do pride ourselves in excellent customer service. If your product is damaged during the delivery process please contact us within 7 days with the following: Name, address, item ordered, pictures of shipping box, pictures of product.
Do you offer consultations for weddings? Yes, the first consultation is free. Once your arrangements are chosen, contract is signed and deposit is made any additional consultations will be charged to the final balance at $30 an hour with a minimum of one hour for each additional consultation.
Do you recycle? Yes, we repurpose and recycle. We repurpose boxes that we receive our products in when we ship to our clients.
