Sola wood flowers are a sustainable alternative to fresh-cut flowers. Artisans hand-crafted them using the Aeschynomene Aspera, the shola or sola plant. The flower in its natural state is a soft off-white color and has a pliable feel. Once Redesigned receives the flowers, depending on the color story of the arrangement, the creative process of coloring starts. Flowers are individually dyed using a dip process, hand painted, or airbrush technique.
